Basira Taheri
CEO
Basira Taheri is a passionate civil society activist and women's rights defender who has been advocating for equality in Afghanistan since 2013. She holds a master's degree in international law from Payam Noor University
in Iran.
In recognition of her courageous work, she received the British Council International Award in 2017 and 2020. Basira has organized numerous street campaigns for women's rights, written extensively on the challenges faced by Afghan women, and contributed to research on positive discrimination in international law.
Now residing in Italy, she remains committed to her advocacy for human rights and equality.

Wamal Sahel, a graduate in Economics, in International Relations from Afghanistan. is a dedicated and inspiring figure in education and civil society. He has been actively involved in human rights advocacy and promoting girls' education for many years. Currently residing in Italy,
Mr. Sahel upholds his commitment to these causes.

Qudrat Nabizada
Training Manager
Qudrat Nabizada has graduated from the Law Faculty. He has worked as an education activist at different private Universities in Afghanistan for more than four years. He has also volunteered and contributed to human rights activities for youth and women in/from Afghanistan. Now, he is in the USA and trying to find a chance to finish his Master's Degree and also working with our team to provide better education services for Afghan girls.

Ahmad Hewad Rahyab
Communications and Public Relations Manager
Ahmad Hewad Rahyab is a human rights defender and a civil society activist. With a profound commitment to social change and youth empowerment, Rahyab has dedicated his career to fostering political, social, and academic advancements in Afghanistan and beyond. Mr. Rahyab holds an impressive academic background, with a Bachelor's and Master's degree in International Relations from Afghanistan. His pursuit of knowledge led him to further his studies internationally, earning a second Master's degree in Peace Research and International Relations from the University of Tübingen in Germany and a third Master's degree in Religion in Contemporary Societies from M.F. University in Norway. Ahmad Hewad Rahyab is one of the founders of the Wisdom House, and since then, he has supported Afghan girls through online education.

Ehsanullah Qaderi

Ehsanullah Qaderi holds a bachelor of political science and international relations from Afghanistan. Since 2014, he has been a civil society and human rights activist in Afghanistan, He has worked as an English and computer teacher in various educational institutions for five years. He is living in France now and is still involved in social activities.
